Lost Password Reset

This tool will allow you to reset your password in three easy steps:

1) Fill out the form below

* The information on this form must be accurate or you cannot complete the next step

2) An email will be sent to the email address you registered your account with, containing a one time use link.

* The email address you specify below MUST match the one we have on file.

* This link expires 24 hours after it’s sent, so please click it ASAP.

3) You will need to choose a new password, as we do not keep passwords unencrypted. Enter your new password twice, and your account password has been reset!

*) If you do not receive the email, check to make sure your ISP isn’t filtering emails from info@icijapan.com. You may request we send an email after 24 hours if the first one doesn’t make it through, but please check with your ISP first.
